To ensure a smooth return process, please note that we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Regrettably, returns requested beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated. It's crucial to review our policy thoroughly prior to initiating a return to avoid any inconvenience.

When a return request approved the customer need to return the order within 3 business days after receiving the return label.

 

In case the incorrect/damaged product is delivered:

If the customer receives faulty/damaged, not as described, or different size/color items you need to report this within 5 days of receiving your order and provide pictures as proof.  If confirmed we will arrange the return of these goods for exchange or refund.

In case our warehouse verifies that the product is damaged or incorrect the customer will receive a return label and a full refund to the original payment method.

The refund could take up to 7 business days which will take effect after the package is returned to our warehouse.

 

In case the customer wants to return for their own reason:

You are importing luxury goods directly from Italy, which means your returns go through Italian customs. This involves additional expenses such as shipping costs, customs duties, and courier charges. Therefore, we are unable to offer free returns at this time due to these incurred costs.


You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, customs duties (estimated at the time of refund), processing fees determined by Balardi, as well as any associated courier charges.

The return label cost is $45, Duties and taxes will not be refunded.
Shipping fees if paid will not be refunded.
 

In case the customer refuses the delivery for any reason:

When the customer refuses to receive a package that shipped we send a request to return the package to our warehouse.

The customer pays a fixed $120 fee for this return action.

Shipping fees if paid will not be refunded.

This process and the partial refund could take up to 14 business days.

 

In case the warehouse reject the return:

Returns that are rejected because they do not meet the conditions will need to be shipped back to the customer.

Kindly be advised that there will be additional shipping fees incurred for returning these items to the customer.

The customer support will notify the customer about the shipping fee by email.

 

Conditions to return:

  • All returned items must be new, unused, and with all original designer garment tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
  • items with a hard smell will be rejected
  • Lingerie and Hosiery must be returned in their unopened packages.
  • Skincare and cosmetics must be unopened with an unbroken seal and in its original packaging.
  • The maximum time to return is within 3 business days of receiving a return label after that the return will be rejected.
  • If the customer shipped by themself the maximum time we can accept the return is 25 days after the order is delivered to the customer, if the return is delivered to our warehouse after this period we will not accept the return and we will ship it back to the customer
  • The return request must be opened using the self-system within 14 days, sending an email on the return window doesn't provide legitimacy to accept the return if it hasn't opened on the system.

In order to return such items, customers must open a return request using the link at the bottom.


The return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. The receiver is always responsible for claiming/accepting the package and any additional fees for orders being returned for not being claimed or picked up is covered by the customer.

The product, along with its original packaging, as well as any other items received must be sent to Balardi in order to protect it from damage.

Any agreed refunds will be made by the payment processor within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.
