Refund & Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. However, returns that do not adhere to our policy will be. Please make sure to read our Returns Policy thoroughly before initiating a return. 

Please note that because you're importing luxury products directly from Italy, returns must go through Italian customs. This process often incurs additional shipping costs, customs duties, and courier charges. As a result, we are unable to offer free returns at this time.

To ensure a smooth return process, please note that we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Regrettably, returns requested beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs, customs duties (estimated at the time of opening a return), processing fees determined by Balardi, as well as any associated courier charges.

Before sending the return label we will show the estimated cost of returning the item to Italy, including shipping charges, import charges back to Italy, and duties.

 

Conditions to return:

• All returned items must be new, unused, and with all original designer garment tags and labels attached. If any tag(s) or label(s) are removed from the item, then the return will be refused.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unironed, unused, and undamaged.
• All returns must be shipped with Balardi return label
• Returns must be shipped from the same country as the original shipping address.
• Items from different warehouses should not be returned together, 
  Please return each item individually using separate boxes.
• Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
• items with a hard smell will be rejected
• Lingerie and Hosiery must be returned in their unopened packages.
• Skincare and cosmetics must be unopened with an unbroken seal and in its original packaging.
• The maximum time to return is within 3 business days of receiving a return label after that the return will be rejected.
• The return request must be opened using the self-system within 14 days, sending an email on the return window doesn't provide legitimacy to accept the return if it hasn't opened on the system.

In case the incorrect/damaged product is delivered:

If the customer receives faulty/damaged, not as described, or different size/color items you need to report this within 5 days of receiving your order and provide pictures as proof.  If confirmed we will arrange the return of these goods for exchange or refund.

In case our warehouse verifies that the product is damaged or incorrect the customer will receive a return label and a full refund to the original payment method. 

The return label has a fixed fee of $45.

 

In case the customer refuses the delivery for any reason:

When the customer refuses to receive a shipped package, we request to return the package to our warehouse.

The customer pays a fixed $120 fee.

Shipping fees if paid will not be refunded.

This process and the partial refund could take up to 14 business days.

 

In case the warehouse rejects the return:

Returns that are rejected because they do not meet the conditions will need to be shipped back to the customer.

Kindly be advised that there will be additional shipping fees incurred for returning these items to the customer.

The customer support will notify the customer about the shipping fee by email.

If an item is returned that violates our return policy, the return will be refused. You will receive an email advising of the violation, the cost of the return, and a link to pay for the return costs. You will have 60 days to make payment. Failure to pay for the return costs will result in a loss of the returned item which violates our returns policy.

Any agreed refunds will be made by the payment processor within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.
